Black Dads Count Matters:

missin-image.png

Research shows that Black men are often underrepresented in civic engagement activities, particularly in voting and political leadership. By encouraging Black fathers to become active participants in civic life, Black Dads Count seeks to close this gap and ensure that Black communities are adequately represented in the decisions that affect them. Through workshops, leadership training, and community events, the campaign equips fathers with the knowledge and resources they need to become advocates for justice, equity, and family-friendly policies.

Ultimately, Black Dads Count is about empowering fathers to take charge of their roles as caregivers and community leaders, ensuring a brighter future for their children and for generations to come. By uniting responsible fatherhood with civic engagement, the campaign helps Black fathers become powerful advocates for positive change in both their families and society at large.
